The classic sweet cheery. This is the sort of fruit everyone wants, although it is inconsistent in its yields in this area, as with other sweet cherry varieties. The Mt. Vernon testing station found only one other sweet cherry variety that it rated more highly, although there were several that it rated as being on par with Bing. So we accept Bing. It's about as good as it gets.
